The District of Columbia court biography says he opened the Washington office in 2017 and later served as the organization’s national Executive Director. The organization’s own page, “Celebrating Amir Ali,” says he stepped down as President and Executive Director on August 5, 2024, and that he became President and Executive Director in 2021. The White House announcement used the same 2021 start. FJC splits the president title to 2023. All three are printed. They are not collapsed.
